What late model gas evaporator cover do you have? (1 Viewer)

Nothing dramatic, but there is a difference between the gas evaporator cover of the later years that I can't figure out, see picture.

The most of them of years 1981,1982,1983 of junkers I found are like the "yellow" and the "green" ones, they are also the same of the 1981 and 1982's i have also

The weird thing is that the gray one is from a 1983

What cover what year? or is it just mixed up?

I do not know

But it is likely that it's a different stamping because toyota loves to change production in minor ways... cutting time or cost ... they love being 'lean'

Wonder if it's mid 83 they changed to that stamping ... an 84' would be like it I'm assuming

My 6/82 built as an '82 looks like the yellow and green ones. I believe my cruiser is pretty original other than fender flares.
