Actually, IIRC, it was only used on the back of the vehicle, only in later years. I'll try to dig up that info again. What's interesting is they made it for the bask as well. What would hit that I'm not sure.
$2.74I always just throw a towel up there if I have to open the hood that far
How much do they run?
Just found it on a '69 FJ40LV-A inn the online parts catalog.Actually, IIRC, it was only used on the back of the vehicle, only in later years. I'll try to dig up that info again.
That is cool! Where can get one? Is that factory?Heater control indicator light arrived with the LED light upgrade from @ToyotaMatt ....this thing fell out from underneath my dash a while back.
I had no idea what it was or where it belonged. Now it’s working. Small battle won.

Got a lift, tires and roof basket!I did a "proper" brake adjustment on my drum brakes....Hung a strand of battery operated Christmas Lights from the roll bar for the kiddies and ordered a Lower Radiator hose engine heater for those hard to warm up mornings.....

Funny, I was going to mention about adding some sort of adhesive just for the same reason. I lost one somewhere between Amarillo, TX & Ouray, CO going to SAS #4 this past August. However, I did hit 80MPH (+) a few times on the Raton hwy and I-25. Now I have a bag of those suckers in my tool chest and a few in my console..........One I put on my 70 disappeared within a year. Suggest adding something to hold it on.
Good question....I have no idea. I do know know my 78 has a captive nut or capture nut under the dash which hood the light in place. Feel around under your dash and see what you find. What years were they found on?
I checked and I have one! Never even noticed. Thx again for posting!Heater control indicator light arrived with the LED light upgrade from @ToyotaMatt ....this thing fell out from underneath my dash a while back.
