The 45 went as ‘Mater for Halloween

Got my 73 running for the first time since I owned it today. It's a rusted out bucket with a SBC but really looking forward to getting it moving soon.

It's just about time to put the hardtop back on so I decided to tackle the one bolt the PO left for me to fix. Soaked it with PB Blaster over the last several weeks, drilled it out a bit. Put the easy out in the hole and it came out no problem.

It's a project for sure, and a very nice owner but it's way to much work to be $25k. Some serious headscratchers, we didn't even consider an offer and he was open to negotiate. Not all 40's require an offer

I cleaned up a thermostat housing. Installed a Jim C. desmog plug for the emissions device.
I'm working on rebuilding a Rochester 2Jet, for reasons that I can't explain.

Paid some domestic labor in pizza to help remove my hard top. I was pretty happy the top rail wasn’t rotted.
