I figured as much. Too late for the sliders lol. Appreciate the feedback!

@turbo8 really helped me out with understanding my build and necessary parts. Thank you again! I just ordered his rear shock spacer, the panhard bar relocation bracket, extended SS brake lines f/r, axle breather extension, Perry parts bump stops f/r, and the SPC adjustable UCA. Just waiting on the BL now!

I have really enjoyed the Klever R/Ts, so thinking about going Klever MT2 for the 37s.
Did you use Slee for the SS brake lines? What about the axle breather extension? Thanks

My passenger door lock actuator has given up the ghost. Kind of crazy for a 2019 but a little searching tells me that this is a pretty common Toyota problem.

Ordered the $5 motor from Amazon. I will report back with how tearing the door apart goes.

I did a thing. DIY effort with inspiration taken from other mudders.

Skiing at Sierra. 12 inches of snow no problem, but stopping is terrifying. Cooper ST pro.

Took a page from @Atwalz book and installed the Rago Fabrication washer bottle (pulled mine for 37s). We have a bracket between the radiator core support and the bumper support that is bolted in. Removed it, drilled 2 holes, and use a bit of 1/8th aluminum plate to space it away from the headlight assembly, but fits perfectly. Picture was before the spacer went in.

Did a powersteering “flush” by sucking the old fluid out of the container, pulling the return line, and pumping new fluid through.

Yikes. This is a 2018 with only 52k on it. Is that normal looking for the factory fluid? I don’t remember my 2011 GX460 with like 90k miles looking that dirty.

That was the same face I made when I started to suck it out of the container lol.

Im gunna run the new fluid for a few drives and see what it looks like.

The stock fluid is good, but after a lot of use ends up kindof green. Then, I think for some reason yours is aerated. Possibly as a result of the process to suck it out of the reservoir?

Did you keep the fluid and let it sit? Did it end up less milky colored?

No I dumped it all into a container with some other old fluid I had and some of the new fluid. But it did sit in that cup for 15-20 minutes before I dumped it and it didn’t seem to change

3/4 birch with rolled on Durabak liner. It was off gassing fumes for a week before I dared install it. It’s my first experience with liner products.
I use Raptor liner and those liners would gas Snoop out the truck. Lol

Hello everybody ;)

It hasn’t been a week, exactly but I’ve just collected my car from the wrapper last night and put on the new tyres today.

- satin wrap, dual colour
- alloys renovated and powder coated in satin black
- rear “LC” decor, rear logo and hubcaps painted satin black
- new tyres: Radar Renegade 285/65R18 RTs

What do you think? I’ve already have a little bullbar ordered, I’ll have a led bar on it. As we are in the EU everything added to your car must have a proper paper, otherwise you get fined… Heavily 🤷🏼‍♂️

I changed the PS fluid in my ‘17 at about the same miles. The factory fluid was a goldish color with maybe a tiny hint of greenish when new and simply turned darker with 50k miles. I wonder if Toyota changed the formula in ‘18?

Scored a scangauge 3 off of marketplace a mounted it on Ram mount where o previously had Spod controller, moved that down on center stack. So far it’s a cool gadget.

This 135AH lithium plus a Garmin Powerswitch on a 12voffroad bracket, a Victron battery monitor and a Redarc BCDC25 on the Redarc bracket in front of the radiatior. Now can run the Starlink, fridge and electric blanky all night. Wiring needs final tidy. All the charging wiring is 8awg fused at 40amps both ends; power to Powerswitch is fused at 125amps.
