Went out to FRO with some folks today. Passed 88888 on the ODO. Watched some guy in a tundra decimate a rim. Also wheeled with this neat old Land Rover.

Got the FJ40 fender badges in, which I'm going to use on the D pillar like the Heritage Edition has.

Here they are

They have studs on the back of them, which I need to remove

Dremel made quick work of cutting the studs off, then I used a cheap Hammer Store belt sander to sand them flat. Who makes a decent belt sander? This Hammer Store one isn't long for this world...

Once I get the truck back from the body shop I'll figure out exactly where I'm going to mount these, then bend them slightly to match the truck. Some 3M Body tape will hold them in place
Beautiful shot and great rig. Where was this photo taken? Death Valley?None. I didn't do too much research but from what I could tell this was the easiest size upgrade without KDSS interference or rubbing. No spacers needed either.

nice! i run the same sizeI'm the probe...rolled the dice and picked up a set of the new Goodyear Duratrac RT tires. 275/65R18 XL . Interestingly, in addition to Kevlar plies in the tread, these new tires have 3-ply polyester sidewalls.

The few customer sets I have running around have been great so far. I really Like the improvements and have been trying very hard not to put a set on my 200.I'm the probe...rolled the dice and picked up a set of the new Goodyear Duratrac RT tires. 275/65R18 XL . Nice! I had just put new Duratracs on my Tundra right before the RTs came out. Really curious how different they feel and perform from the regular Duratracs.I'm the probe...rolled the dice and picked up a set of the new Goodyear Duratrac RT tires. 275/65R18 XL . You’re coming a long way for really crappy snow conditions. None of the resorts here have much of any terrain open. It was 70 here todayPlanning my first road trip since driving it home from the midwest. Dallas to Keystone for a little snowboarding this weekend. Any suggestions or advice on routes to take (or avoid)?
wow, for those who don't know - https://www.motortrend.com/news/toyota-land-speed-cruiser-hits-230-mph/Is this lift kit on upside down?View attachment 3489088
Ya I know it’s not the best this time of year but I have to be in Monday for business so figured I’d make try and make the most of it. May end up doing more driving around and sight seeing this time around. You’re coming a long way for really crappy snow conditions. None of the resorts here have much of any terrain open.
