I didn’t think inspectors could remove stuff to aid in the visual checks.
I was surprised too. No way i can install the Headers on my 100 now

To test the solar, I disconnected the DC-to-DC charging cable to the REDARC, so the batteries were charging only from solar. I set the Alpicool temperature to 20 degrees, battery safety to 'M,' the power to 'Max.' I added some ice cubes as a test indicator.
The weather was in the upper 80s during the day, 70s at night, and varied from mostly cloudy to mostly sunny. I parked it in an open parking lot and drove it some. The ice remained frozen.
The test ran from midday to midday for 68 hours. The TLC systems use 68 watts with the refrigerator compressor running and 9.5 watts when it cycles off. The total energy consumption was 2,576 watt-hours, and the average power draw was 38 watts.

Powder coated wheels? What color and brand of powder coat? Also, did you powder coat or paint the center caps?

Pretty sure it was Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists | Premium Wheel Repair - https://www.awrswheelrepair.com/ that did the powder coating. I’m not sure what brand of powder coat they used, but I know it was a Forged Charcoal Grey Metallic coating. And they painted the center caps I believe.

I spent part of weekend applying the Griot's Garage Boss Foam system: Surface wash and Surface prep. The final exterior touch was two coats of their Ceramic 3-1 wax to my 2020 HE.
I did the same treatment a year ago and still beaded water. I've been using Griot's Garage products since he opened his Tacoma,WA store.

Had the Rhino bumper media blasted. It's now at the body shop to get color-matched blizzard pearl.

Used up my remaining Fluid Film - that smell, and opened new gallon of Woolwax.
I love my BB skids except when I have to take them off and reinstall.
Hazmat suit or Halloween outfit?
KDSS was still looking good from last grease job.
While I had it lifted, greased drive shafts. Got 4 out of 6 zerks.
Glad to have the job over and ready for the treated roads this coming winter.

Needed a solution to mount my Maxtrax on the side of my truck vs up top since I often take them on surf trips down to remote sections of Baja and need the roof space for boards. Made these extension brackets for some Front Runner brackets to mount my Max Trax to my Prinsu rack. Simple flat bar with some 5/16 bolts welded on. Now the FR brackets can side a little on the Prinsu bars as well as be super easy to remove when not in use. When on I'm using the same Torx tamper resistant screws that I used on my side rail/cross bars. I plan to run some small spacers between the bracket etensions & the Prinsu bars so they clear the edge of the Prinsu sidebar.

13,584 miles: I just got done changing out the oil in the front diff AND replacing the 10mm Hex plugs with the Lexus 14mm standard plugs.
Oil was tea colored with a little gook on the magnet; no metal chips.
Same observation for the rear diff I did a couple of weeks ago, btw.
Those bolts are in TIGHT from the factory. I could not budge them even with a 1/2 in. breaker bar.
The trick is to rap them sharply with a hammer (I used the flat side of a small ball peen hammer) and they ease right out.
I experienced exactly the same thing with the rear diff bolts.
I'm not exactly sure why that works.
Transfer case is next.
