Cleaned up my original Panasonic battery and added some distilled H2O to get it back in limits
Added a console tray
Do these play nice with the seal? I have been considering one of these but concerned it may tear up the seal over time.
I have no idea. It basically just sits there. The seal isn't really a seal just some felt
No issues in 3 years. One of my favorite mods on my 18. Highly recommend.
Installed ARB Twin.
First oil change. Installed the Jowett & EZ Drain on both filter and pan. Decided some BudBuilt skids might be worth the oil change panels alone over time.

The large vertical antenna is a UHF Antenna. In addition to this antenna, I am using a puck antenna and 4G NMO Antenna.
Just got back from a climbing / National Park adventure through the PNW. Did roughly 4090 miles the past two weeks averaging 19.6MPG @ 73-75MPH. Got back late Friday night, woke up Saturday and dropped these off to get powder coated.
Added NOCO charger leads to use with NOCO 10’ extension to make plugging in my NOCO trickle charger more convenient and allowing hood to be closed while charging.
Spent the day at Big Bear. Friday's are usually empty.
This weekend, I installed a new battery and OEM battery terminals. Battery wise, I went the Duralast Gold route b/c their are more Autozone's around when traveling
I also decided to brave the heat, and replace my tensioner, idler pulley, and belt. Went the Dayco route for all three parts. Didn't realize the tension was getting weak in the old tensioner, until I put the new one on and tried to slack it up. I ended up having to grab my neighbor to help me slide the new belt on.

I took my LX into the dealership about a month ago for an alignment and a transmission oil change. My LX has 165k miles.
Had to go back because steering was a few degrees off.
Then I noticed that under hard acceleration the 1st to 2nd would stutter and also i felt like the transmission was a bit weird. The service person at Longo Toyota of Prosper has a ton of attitude so I said screw it and I will look into it myself.
Long story short i remove the overflow valve for the transmission following all temperature and steps and about 1/2 to 2/3 of a quart come out.
So I close everything back up and go try it and it completely fixed it. Buttery smooth.
i thought it may have been missing oil, but had too much. Be on the lookout for not just too little but too much oil as it will not allow the transmission to function correctly.
thats all. I am happy as I was worried might have tranny issues, but not the case.
Update: i drive to work this morning and amazed at the difference. On the highway my LX hunted a bit for gears and would unlock the torque converter when even the slightest addition of acceleration. Now it is cruising incredibly and not doing that.
the process from toyota for any transmission fluid change is flawed because they focus on adding what has been removed instead of adding the correct amount based on overflow. Their method works only if every service before has been meticulous with adding the same amount as removing. Either way I am happier than ever.

Dayco is OEM for the belt, tensioner, and idler pulley on the 200 series. I purchased all three items from Advanced Auto w/ a 25% off coupon for around $125.00 out the door. If I would have bought the same exact parts from Toyota, I would have paid over $200.

No, they are "Made in the USA." They are the exact same parts you would get in a Toyota/Lexus box. Both tensioner's are stamped "Dayco." I look around on the Tundra forms if I can't find info about are 200's on here. That's how I found out about Dayco being OEM manufacturers for those parts.
