Managed to stuff a 295 70 R18 under the 200. My tire guy convinced me to give it a shot, despite me wanting to not mess with it at all. I’m not running wheel spacers, there’s an in of clearance between the tire and the UCA. The only thing I changed in order to fit these tires was adding a @TRAIL TAILOR KDSS relocation bracket. Had to get creative installing this. I’m convinced I’ll be able to run splash guards in the front (will report back on this.) I’m aware of the sway bar links being at an extreme angle now because of the relocation, but I think I have a solution. More on that when those parts come in. So far, no complaints, feels and drives great.

Noice! Glad to see someone tackle this! That's looking proper beef.

It doesn't look like you're running factory UCAs so you might be fine. You'll want to watch clearance on max compression with steering dialed in as that'll be where the tire is closest to the UCA.

You may have already seen this, but for KDSS link angle, this is what @Atwalz did to reduce binding.

Maybe more applicable fitment details here as to what to watch for

I have this size on my LX and I love it. I had to go and do some trimming using @TeCKis300 's guide on the front of the rocker panel. I could clear it on flat ground but turning while hitting a bump and it would catch hard. So I trimmed it out and no issues even under full flex.

You are correct, I'm running SPC UCA's. Funny, I went to the tire shop ready to order another set of 285s, but I'm glad I went this direction. The 295s just look right on a 200. Will be testing out if anything rubs under compression. I'm thinking I'll be free and clear, but we will see.

Those are same linkages I ordered, knew I had seen someone else use those links! Good to know it will work.

You may have inspired me to try this set-up after seeing your LX! I'll be checking for any rubbing over the next few days. Good looking LX btw!

Appreciate it! Send pics if you do!

What size Gunner Kennel is that? I’m looking at getting the intermediate size. Are you happy with it? Looks like a great setup.
Very happy with the kennel. Takes up a bunch of space, but keeps the mutt well protected. This is the medium crate. Doggo is only 25lbs but loooong. We have the fitted pad as well.

Great to hear you like it. They seems really solid. Want to get the best protection for my boy. Great pic. He’s super cute. Here is a pic of our Bernedoodle who is quite nervous in the car. Hoping that in the kennel he’ll feel more secure.

I ordered a ProPride hitch system for the Airstream 23D International Serenity (to replace the 2013 Hensley Arrow hitch) we will tow with the LC. I also ordered the Firestone air bags without any electronics. I have a portable ARD compressor along when ever I tow the 23D. If we are not towing, the airbags can be unpressurized for just the two of us in the LC.

Shaved off 80 unnecessary pounds for my use. Just need to order a new rubber liner and some tie downs for dog kennel.

Rotated the tires at 8,300 miles on my 2020. Sad to see rust behind and between the rotors and the hubs.

This car has never been driven in salty snow let alone rain. It’s a garage queen and the only time it’s been wet is when I wash it. Must have sat out naked in Japan without a body and been rained on.

Took a page out of @2001LC book and used a toothbrush to apply marine grease on all rusted areas.

Removing duro bumps, which were pretty good, and adding some King hydraulic bump stops, which will be a lot better.

Try using LPS 3. Keep it simple, the stuff works.

Broke loose the KDSS valve pressure equalizers, then gave them some lovin from my worst-best friend, moly-b. One came loose with just the old-fashioned impact driver and hammer, the other needed a little extra persuasion from a battery powered impact driver. They had been getting periodic spray with pb blaster for about a week.
