Tired of crappy stock lights so I had Mini D2S projectors retrofitted.

Metal-Tech sliders installed and connected some slick 5050 LED strips made by @screendoor . He even has Y-adapters for those that want to keep the LX running board lights operational, but add more light. Hit him up if interested. It was all plug and play. I added some 1/4 in split loom to cover the wires and used a thin bead of Loctite PL S30 to secure it (Exterior grade roof flashing sealer). Both sides with Y-adapters were $60 shipped

Finally got a big boy bumper on after dealing with insurance for a few weeks. Was hit and run while parked in front of the girlfriend's house. Also figured out that my LX had definitely been hit before as bondo repair on the fender became blatantly obvious, but I'm going to leave it for now, adds character. All in all, I can't complain with the final check.

Maybe a :banana: job purely because of the time you'll want to budget for positioning the thing. It's easy to spend a couple hours just fine tuning it.

Washed it :meh:. But it's white so...looks clean when actually not, looks clean when actually is...so in the end quite an unaccomplishment. That's my down side to white.

Installed extended sway bar links on the front (rears are soaking in PB Blaster) from @TRAIL TAILOR , BORA 1.25s all around, 5 new take off Tundra 18s, and 5 275/70/18 Toyo Open Country AT2s this morning. Big morning for the old girl!

My 100 has be relegated to fewer rock crawling duties since building up my 70 series. Definitely less protection but also a good amount of weight savings and better access.

Almost done with the bedding situation, still need to carpet the drawer, or maybe just leave it alone and focus on other things. Dunno yet

Make sure you use some sort of lock nut or washer or something on the Hi-lift u-bolts... Those things will rattle themselves off in 10 miles otherwise.

Just order the MasterFlow MF-1089 Diabloww for $110 shipped from Ebay Pep Boys store, they also have the popular MF-50 for $49 but for $100 and more power then any Portable Viair i had to go with it. They seem to be a reliable brand from my research and been in busines for more then a decade and youtube is filled with reviews on MF-50. 2 year warranty as well!

This was also rebranded as the smittybuilt Q89 a decade ago, and you can find it mentioned in various forums.

It's reviewed here as well:

MF-1089: $99

MF-1050: $50

@hoser decided to follow your lead. You’ve been praising this tire size for quite some time. I’ve been running this setup for a few weeks. Couldn’t be happier. And to be honest, I have no need to regear.

Pictures don’t do it justice - No filters .. just my expert eye and my iPhone 5.

Sad but true.

Drove it until the CEL went away. Days 1-2 of road trip fun and eventful, but four gallons past the first click may have set off the CEL. Call it range anxiety... Many stops, pictures and about 200 miles of driving made it go away. 5 kids and wife, tons of stuff for 5 weeks, 100lbs on the roof and 300+ on the hitch. Got to Sedona still averaging 15.1 mpg.

Looks great. What is your front center of hub to fender measurement if you don't mind?
