Picked up a sweet sticker. Now I need to attend an event or so.

Broke my remote key housing. 180k miles and 14 years of use on it.

Fronts done working on rears now. Old OME shocks still have some rebound might bring them to Ouray swapmeet and sell dirt cheap.

Rears done, also put in all new brake pads. Busted a wheel nut taking the wheels off, was able to pound it out. Hopefully I can install a new one without having to take to much s*** apart. Stainless brake line will go on tomorrow I'm friggin beat.

Got my LabRak antenna mount in today! Now to figure out a flag mount... Ideas?

Flag? Like one of those huge confederate ones?....must see pics...

I was thinking more along the lines of American for the 4th, but ya know... whatever works!

A broomstick and some duck tape should git r dun. Unless of course you mean a tall orange flag for dunes travel?

Initial thoughts were to spray paint the whole truck red, white, and blue but I thought it would be smarter to just fly a flag. So yeah, lets go with flying the tall orange flag if that means you'll give helpful advice :D

4.3k morimoto HIDs and cleared front corners.

Pretty cool. Is that your original starter?

Inspection list for 1,500 mile trip...

Kicked tires to verify they have air...check
No oil on the ground...check
Topped off blinker fluid...check
Made sure dirty air filter installed...check
1 gallon of plastidip into gas tank for 100MPG...check
Pastidipped engine bay for 1,000HP...check

Rotated tires, cleaned throttle body (head of brush broke off but sat right behind the butterfly), put on clean underwear, and cleaned throttle body.

Waited an hour and drove the kids around the neighborhood to make sure it all still worked after the brush debacle.

Aired down to twenty and drove pearl pass to snow. I love this thing.

Fox shocks on (blown oem front replaced with ancient ome with no charge left). Rides nice. Airbags removed. Didn't use enough to warrant them.

Installed Fox 2.0 shocks, Goodridge stainless steel brake lines, EBC ultimax brake pads and Motul brake fluid. Also painted the wheels satin black.

Truck stops amazingly well and the pedal feels nice and firm. Love the way the shocks handle compared to my old OME, I thought for sure my OME were blown but to my amazement they still rebounded after compression but damn they were harsh. The Fox ride much more like stock and soak up the bumps very well, nice, soft and comfy.

Also sold my WKOR sliders and ordered some ARB steps, just waiting for them to come in stock.

Finally, got a Speski cargo barrier and it should arrive tomorrow.
