Thanks so much. Where did you buy your method wheels i want to buy some.

I got mine locally from a member here, you can try EBay I guess. 18x9, 5x150 bolt pattern ET +25 110mm bore 6" back spacing would get you the same wheels i have.

@Biga27110 Probably the best place to buy them is Discount Tire. If you dont have Discount Tire in Cali, their sister business to Discount Tire is America's Tire on the West Coast (warranties are good at either one nationally). I bought mine there, came with free installation and price matched the lowest price I could find. And DT/AT are good about standing behind anything they sell so if you have an issue at all, you can be confident with their service.

Got to test out my new rock lights on some hard lines up at Cleghorn on a night run. Worked awesome!

I don't have a garage/driveway to work on my LX so I had an oil change, A/T oil, and brakes done by my local Lexus dealership.
Came home and checked under the hood and found this...
Drove back and confronted them with this, comment we're sorry
I asked since I had the brake pads changed to if all the wheels are properly tightened, they replied yes, of course - double checked and they were alright.
Really need a shed/garage to do this stuff myself... can't trust anybody!

Please do because I’ve been interested in doing the same thing for a while
I think Trail Tailor was making these...? (If not him I know some vendor was making some because I had been thinking about it and then took it off my list)

They don’t fit terrible. But, the front mats don’t have the correct number of holes. My driver and passenger sides have 2 hooks each. The mats only have a provision for 1 hook on the drivers. Very frustrating. They do slide just a little. Going to have to attach something “grippy” on the underside to keep them from shifting. Seems a HUGE oversight on the part of WeatherTech.
The WT mats were modeled for the LC, which only came with one hook on the DS.

installed my vhf/uhf radio last night...

Very curious to hear your review of this radio. I'm starting to research my UHF/VHF options and this one is on my list.

They need to add the "extra" tabs to the list of differences between the LX and the LC :) I thought it was only AHC, real wood, auto-climate controls and a different grill/light assembly.

LX's get an extra floor mat hook? Bastards!
We could totally add one... I fixed up my single hook recently with a new carpet gromet and it came with a free hook. $10 on ebay, hole in the carpet, and we could be running LX floor mats lol.

Since there's talk of Weathertechs... I got some for xmas and I'm half-way pleased. I only got the front two because I don't like the lips at the edge of the second row, and I want to whole solution for my cargo/3rd row area. The drive side mat fits pretty well, hook sits a bit off kilter, but holds strong. I'm happy with the way it sits against the door trim and seat base as well. The passenger on the other hand needs some help, so taking a heat gun to it at some point is on my short list. The worst area is on the back edge by the seat base. It's like a 1" gap, but seems like it could be easily heated and cooled in a different position.

i like it a lot! on the other hand idk if my review would be worth much as i just got my license 2 weeks ago and its the only radio i've ever even seen in person... lol... the main reason i bought this one is because of the aprs... i wanted to be able to transmit my location to family at home if i ever go on an outing... and i've gotten to play with it a little but have no idea what i'm really doing or anything... very happy with my first radio though!!!

My LC is in the shop getting a new alternator, valve cover gaskets, and heater Ts installed.

Next up is ball joints, steering rack bushings, sway bar bushings, brake rotors/pads, and check wheel bearings.

Installed a VaisTech SL3bt. I mounted it under the shifter console and replaced the cigarette lighter with a USB port for charging. I didn't take any pix, so therefore fail. :/

The sound reproduction is great! It's cool to see the factory system is still in decent shape. We'll see how long it lasts...

I also gave TBK it's first oil change. It wasn't quited due yet but since it just turned over 60K, I figured it would be a good time.

Oil change
Heater Hose T’s
Brake pads
New OEM AHC coils
Slee 30mm spacers
AHC Fluid exchange

I’m ordering more fluid to do a complete flush and still need to tweak the suspension a little bit more. But, the ride is vastly improved. AHC LIVES!!!
