Got my rack bushings out but then the cold December rain set in and I shut down freezing and such outside under the carport.

Can't wait to get the new ones in.

This oled unit shows up good from any angle. It's always on but uses almost no power.

I used to really push mine out with grease but I ended up blowing out my Tcase output seals and that is not a simple replacement job so now I just fill a few pumps instead.

Yep, for the slip yokes I gave it a few pumps and left it. For the spider gears I pumped until the grease came out new.

Cleaned up WhiteLady (01 LX470) a bit and took some sale listing pictures before the winter snow storm hits.

I'm may have to reconsider selling, she drive so sweet.......

Vacuum/Shampoo/Steamed complete interior carpet and mats in preparation for our road trip. Will put everything back once its 150% dry. Also cleaned rear lift/drop gate jams etc.

Also, sold my stock chrome (but black plastidipped) 18" wheels to another LX470 (00) owner. He's currently running the newer LX 20"... Amazing what wheels can do to change the look of the car!

@2001LC How is that undercarriage so clean with 215,000 miles? Looks great!
This one is a sweet rig, but did need cleaning.

I pressure wash, degrease and pressure wash again. Then wire brush bolt heads & such as needed, and finally rub down with marine grease to restore oils and as rust preventive. Marine grease holds on longer than others, but sometimes I just use old grease from lubing and wheel bearing jobs.

Tip: Cleaning undercarriage is just as import as cleaning body, if not more so. I wash undercarriage with every wash, especially in the winter. Keeps rust away and makes working on a pleasure (hate stuff falling in eyes).

Our iron gets dry with degreasing and over time, oil/grease up a must.

The white on DS skid plate is baking soda from clean battery, which I use heavily

Really refreshing too see! I'm finally finished applying POR15 so she is finally black rather than orange and gross, but the White Lady sure is pretty.
