I guess I will put this here.

The wife just bought a new set of queen sheets for the bed. This thick zipper bag is what the sheets came in.

Looked like it could be useful to put spare parts in or camping swag. To my surprise, both volumes of the 100 manual fit in it perfectly.

Helps keep them from getting beat up if I bring them on a long trek.

Timing belt and all related accessories done. Personally, i found pulling the radiator made the job really simple.
Have you calculated what effect that will have on the mileage?

Have you calculated what effect that will have on the mileage?
I tested it today by driving approximately 7 km to the US Cemetery and then 4 km to a brewery and then 6 km home. Initially I detected no effect. In fact, I detected a slight voltage increase and charging rate on both my batteries. It was also easier to park.

Unfortunately I realized once in the apartment I had just set the baseline because the books were still sitting on the coffee table.

I will continue scrutinization. Should that scrutiny yield negative I will maximize my efforts.

Wrote a big check to my mechanic! Rear calipers, rotors, pads, bearings, seals & alternator replaced. I don't have the time to wrench on my rig like I used to.
I also replaced my Fox 2.0's (rear seals blown..) with re-valved Radflo's.
Initial report is the softer Radflo's handle the city streets fine. Much less body roll than the very soft fox 2.0's.

@ntsaint, I didn't know the 3D badges were available for the '06+, where did you get it?

I replaced a right wheel speed sensor today and repacked my hubs.

You guys are freaking me out. Ordered a set of T's plus a spare for my '05 w/ 170k miles.
Replaced the T's today. Got 11 yrs and 170k miles on them, but they look like they could have gone another 100k easily. Oh well, cheap insurance.

That I can't say. I might even drop down a couple sizes on the rear badge if I had it to do over again.

Front badge was an exact size match.

Won this for 100 yen (was only bidder) or about a dollar as no one including me seems to like gold

thought about peeling the white parts so black lettering on a white back ground but the all black looked pretty good so decided to run it this way for now.

Was tired of the scratched and faded center console trim so I wrapped it with some scrap 3M vinyl from a previous project.

Looks amazing but not sure how long it will last. I had to cut along the little ridge that runs around the perimeter. If I would have been able to wrap around and under the edges then I'd call this a permanent mod. As it stands now time will tell if the edges start to curl or deform. Worst case, it starts to peel and I'll just pull it off and try something else. I'd hate to use spray paint in that area as spray paint isn't always the most durable.

^^ I've replaced mine once already and, although I've been careful, it seems to be the one spot that attracts the most wear. My iPhone charger cord even scratched it. You would think it would be more durable.

This seems like a good option to replacing the console section. Looks good. Keep us posted on how it holds up.
