What have you done to your 100 Series this week?

Just replaced my sunroof seal a few weeks back. FYI it doesn't use weatherstrip adhesive. The new seal has its own sticky adhesive in the channel already. Make sure you line up the white dots with the corners and its a simple swap.

Well, I missed that part I reckon. It’s either extra sealed or I’ll be removing it for a new seal again. I didn’t see anything out of the ordinary in the channel. Good looking out though. I did get the dots lined up with the corners at least

Tested out my new (to me) smittybilt overland xl rtt. Have to beefen (maybe that's a word) up the stock crossbars for sure, but man my 3 boys are going to love this thing this fall.

Yes that is a camper in the background but sometimes the boys just need to take a trip to the mountains to rough it.

Destroyed my Borla muffler wheeling the other weekend, it didn't look too bad and was going to leave it and just weld up the crack, but it also broke the flex pipe. When I installed the new one I realized that the muffler actually bent and the pipes weren't lining up correctly. I was able to cut off and use the tubing to remake the center section. Went with a Flow FX Flowmaster muffler and it sounds really good only a touch louder than the original Borla at a fraction of the cost. I also tucked the exhaust up higher so it's less prone to damage

That thing looks great. How easy is it to unpack and re-stow?

Buddy of mine installed new globes, new OEM rear springs, 20mm rear spring spacer, and Japan 4x4 shock spacers. Then we did 1.25-1.5” sensor lift. AHC pressures are in spec and it’s good to go. Im hoping this retains full normal AHC function. can already tell with new gloves the system changes height setting much much faster.

Just have to do an alignment. Also installed brass heater tees.

New wheels on the way too.
