Got my 'new' front diff finished up yesterday! Just have to wait for my shiny new pinion flange to come in.

Over Thanksgiving, I took advantage of the sales & ordered 4.88 gears, bearings, and Eaton lockers to build the diffs that I'm going to pull out of my truck to put these in with the intent of building them & selling them.

If they're not sold by the time I'm done with them (next 4-6 weeks with work/school/family), then they'll be in the classified section whenever they're done.

Installed the Lutz speed calibrator. Great quality, easy install and set up, and virtually NO lag. Great product!

My speedo wasn't off by a huge amount but it was enough to be annoying. It's so nice having it spot on with the option to adjust it anytime in the future with new tires.

Is it correcting odometer too?

Swapped out the glass lens headlight assemblies from my 2001 LX (that I'm going to sell) for the plastic ones in my 2003 LX (that I just purchased). Went ahead and changed bulbs while I had everything apart, and cleaned up all four assemblies as well. This thread was very helpful.

Depending who buys the 2001 they'll either be completely unaware or very pissed lol

I'll disclose it of course. "Upgraded with ultralight lenses for better aerodynamics and improved gas mileage".

I finally installed an Antigravity Battery Tracker.

I ordered the monitor back in September but didn’t install until today. I had a hunch my “Toyota” battery (dated Nov ’17) was starting to get soft as the truck wouldn’t start recently after sitting outside in the cold for a little over a week. Before today (Friday) I last fired it up on Monday.
First results:

After running some errands putting about 16 miles on it:
