Replaced the rear lower control arms with the SPC’s. Not sure if these are the originals. 325,000 miles on the truck and bushings don’t look just horrible.

Rebush it! No need to replace the LCA.
You don't need a press to get it out (if you have one, it certainly makes it easier, but not necessary).
You can simply drill through the rubber around the center metal sleeve, then use a vise or C clamps to push that out. Then carefully cut the metal bushing sleeve out with a hack saw.
When I did it, I replaced the bushings with SuperPro poly bushings which are halved, so I only had to use a bench top vise to muscle them in around the center metal sleeve.
Also, it's a great opportunity to inspect your axles and axle flanges!

Been a busy couple of weeks. After I put on the WK sliders I dropped the LX off to get front and rear Eaton lockers installed. Also regeared to 4.88. Then when I picked it I installed Robinson drawers, mini iPad mounted some Molly panels. I didn't like how high up the fridge sat on the drawers and found that it fit perfect behind the passenger seat. I also installed Slee dual battery mount and just finished wiring it up. Slee's newest Blueberry front bumper just became available yesterday so I placed my order along with a 12K winch. Now I just need to decide on a rear bumper and I'll be close to finished. My wife and dog approve.

Wanted to do steering rack at the same time, but I can’t fit the truck in the garage and I’ve already had snow on the ground. Thankful that today was in the 50s so I could button things up on the engine.

Added some new headlights today and cleaned up the wiring from the lockers installation. Tomorrow I’m going to figure out how to have power to the back windows for when I’m sleeping back there. Hopefully I can just run a hot jumper to the fuse. Otherwise I’ll run a new hot wire to the motor wires. I’m not great with electrical on cars so it’s always a learning experience for me.
This week, I added some TRD Pro 5x150 wheels off of a 2020 Tundra.

Replacing my top hatch seal (68281-60020) due to a water leak and decided to fix some corrosion while I had it off.
The worst of the damage was from the PO using a screwdriver to remove the license plate bulb housings, which scratched the paint and rust had started. There was some bubbling around the handle and drain hole as well. Wire wheeled until I had clean metal.
As you can see by the pic I had to remove quite a bit of paint. I was surprised to see how far out the corrosion wen, even where the paint on top looked seemingly perfect.
