Ah okBy onboard air I meant my smittybilt compressor but I am considering adding a tank.
Well buy that man aThanks @daohaus - but my friend Claude from CWC creations is behind the execution of the project entirely.
The problem is, if They send you a new part it's probably going to be damaged, I've had this issue before. My new TOYOTA front drive shafts arrived from oempartsource.com. Unfortunately the dust collar (?) on one of the joints is pretty disfigured.
I’m assuming this isn’t acceptable and something I should take up with the seller.
Each drive shaft was in its own box and both were placed in a larger box. However there was no padding at all and each one had punched through the end of its own box and one even punched through the outer box. No apparent damage to the splines though.
Worth noting: this is my second purchase with them and both times they’ve insufficiently packed the items and stuff got banged around.

I ended up sending the damaged drive axle back to OEM Part Source for a refund and bought a replacement at my local dealership. Paid a little more in the end, but it is flawless. No bending required and a perfect seal like Kiichirō Toyoda intendedThe problem is, if They send you a new part it's probably going to be damaged, I've had this issue before.
I would just take some needle nose pliers bend it back and call it a day.
Nice workNew reverse lights dropped into the stock reflector slot. Bright as hell!

I’m no alignment expert, but my guess is that your caster isn’t set properly. Id guess that whomever set up your SPC upper control arms didn’t understand the opportunities offered in adjusting the geometry. I have the Nitrogear upper arms, and they really helped take the chirping and twitchy steering I ended up with after lifting my LX470 2” With the Ironman kit.Not sure if this is the correct place to post this.. I've done several searches and have been unsuccessful in finding info on my specific issue.. Maybe the wrong search terms?? Seems like there are a lot of fellow wrenchers on here and I figure I surely can't be the only one with these symptoms.
OK... 2004 LC. OME suspension lift. 1.25" wheel spacers. 295 Ridge Grapplers on stock 18s. Torsion bars adjusted to the point where Slee recommends is the minimum down-travel (in other words, as high as possible without being too high) all suspension work was done roughly 11000 miles ago. SPC upper control arms, new aftermarket rack bushings, TT extended sway bar links, new bushings in rear lower control arms. All other bushings have been inspected repeatedly and appear fine. The only thing left is the rack.
Symptoms:
A: wanders left to right slightly on the highway... Not bad but enough to be annoying (multiple alignments trying slightly different adjustments have been unsuccessful in improving this)
B: extreme torque pull during acceleration
C: sharp turns at low speed and it honestly feels like the outside front wheel will break off..! Chirps on pavement. Leaves a ridge of gravel or dirt on trails. Feels like the steering is in an extreme bind and actually takes a bit of effort to get it to come out of full lock turns.
Not sure if all of these symptoms point to the same problem or not..? I've been annoyed by it for a couple of years now but it actually seems like it might be getting worse.
Any comment or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I don’t think it accounts for all your symptoms but some of them make me wonder if your CDL might be stuck in the locked position—have you checked that? (I imagine this could be checked with transmission in neutral, one front wheel raised—wheel should spin, but am actually not 100% sure on that; I struggle to wrap my head around AWD sometimes)Not sure if this is the correct place to post this.. I had the same problem after I installed my lift. These trucks drive and handle best with a slight frontward rake, referred to here as the stinkbug look. Id try turning down a little your torsion bars. Not sure if this is the correct place to post this.. I've done several searches and have been unsuccessful in finding info on my specific issue.. This is a project on my list as well. I did the same with my last Tundra. Makes backing out of dark driveways much safer.New reverse lights dropped into the stock reflector slot. Bright as hell!
