Looks good, did you build the bracket for mounting the breaker and switch yourself?Spent the last few days taking care of all the battery connections. Often overlooked, but for safety and reliability, keeping all your connects in order is always a good idea!

Finally installed my new Ironman4x4 front bumper and Harbor Freight Badlands APEX 12K winch.

Yes with some modifications, I posted pics somewhere lolWill that Badland's 12K winch fit on an ARB?
So I made a thing today....
For some time now, I've been concerned about the theft of my rig after hearing that even with the transponder key anti-theft system (that sounds impenetrable enough), Land Cruisers are still being stolen (even locally) by experienced thieves holding the right tools (replacing the computer, etc). Knowing that, I wanted to make it as difficult as possible to run and drive (here at home, or out on the street) even if that system was bypassed. Leaving the thief with either towing or pushing it down the street as the only way to move it.
I know it won't run without the fuel pump fuse intact and in place, so I made a harness the replaces it with a remote fuse wired to an on-off switch. Ultimately, it's just a deterrent for someone who actually knows how to diagnose, but who's going to do that? It certainly increases the complexity of stealing this particular vehicle- right? If somebody who really knows what they're doing goes looking, this is obvious. But the average dirtbag won't even know to look. If it doesn't start, that will likely be the end of it. Any thoughts on this?

maybe some Corrosion X or similar might arrest it.Did the first oil change with M1 EP 5w30 w/ oem filter.
Next time i will take off the ASFIR front skid, you can access the filter without dropping the Skid, but get ready for the mess.
Greased every zerk.
Hit the rusted exhaust resonator with rustoelum rust converter, very sastisfy to not see that rust when im walking up to the truck. Also hit the body mounts, didnt want to mess with the wire brush on the accumulator, but that rust is ugly

Headed to work this morning and my LX ran so rough it sounded cam'd haha not to mention it was literally bumping around while idling... after checking front to rear for issues, changing the oil and filter, and plugging up a code reader I figured out cyl 8 was misfiring. By this point I'd limped all the way to O'Rielly's where the manager sold me a spark plug for $8~ .. I changed it out but it still ran rough.. went back in and bough the coil pack ($80 with 10% off cause they felt bad for me haha) and that did the trick. Purrs like a kitten!
The old spark plug I pulled was Denso and all the coil packs are Denso (assuming the rest of the plugs are too).. I replaced the one plug with NGK and whatever no-name OE coil pack they had. The manager was telling me NGK was the best for these types of motors, is that true? I'm going to replace the rest and not worry about it anymore haha
