Headlights are stock. sad My S2000 mod was done about 11 yrs ago. Need to put a clean set. Bowl on projector is burnt out. not as bright. I have a set of SC430 projectors with Clear lens from a Nissan 300Z. light output is the same as S2000 projectors but with a purple cutoff color. Nice. looking on getting some 2005 headlights and putting Q45 projectors , just for looks cur light output sucks.

On my 2001 LC i ran Depo 1 piece lights, and retro'ed Morimoto D2S projectors into them, really like the output and looks overall. Once you go projector retrofits, you can't drive with regular halogens anymore.

Well this was 2 weeks ago, but I had to use the Tan Tank in a search and rescue operation to find my uncle in the Salmon River country of Idaho. Thankfully, we found him alive. The Tan Tank was a beast on the trails down to the river and handled all my gear with ease for the search team. As for mods, there are none currently, but I will post plans for the shelf system I built for the Tank about a year ago.

Added the ARB RDRF1045 x2 with the side trim kit. Also added Core Tie Down Solution on the rolling tops to secure the Portable Fridge/Refrigerator when on road trips. Once I completed the install, the tailgate carpet looked like it needed to be addressed as well. Procured the same carpet as the drawer units from ARB & replaced the tailgate carpet top. Very happy with the end result.

metal tech? what made you decide? I'm debating between MT, WK and BIOR

Quickness of shipping was the decision. I don't have months to wait. On something like a bumper, I might buy and wait.

MetalTech arrived in 4 days.

Took the trail pup for a ride and tried the new Tough Dog suspension out. Feels absolutely awesome--could not be happier.

You will get a laugh . . .

Decided the power steering needed to be flushed, just never got around to it before. Disconnected hoses, carefully pour disgusting old fluid from reservoir into a container, and secure the hoses so they don't slip down and drain out more fluid. Jack up the front to get the wheels off the ground. Go to driver seat, turn key to unlock the steering wheel, so I can give er the ol left-right action. But at that moment I am thinking that stupid door chime is going off, click the key one more step to the right to quiet her down, and now my DRL are on so the damn battery is gonna drain so better start this beast and let'r run a bit. Which I proceed to do. Turn the key and fire it up. And in about a half-second the light bulb in my caveman brain goes off and simultaneously say some bad words and turn the vehicle off. Oh, what a mess I made under the hood!

Got my Ironman 4X4 awning installed along with 5 new milestar tires. We’ve been running them on our other LX and have loved them thus far.

Went for the same tires based on your post. They are a bit louder (don't care- not a highway truck, mainly forest roads here in NE Washington). Tire guy busted my locking lugnut- why I still have these on the truck, I don't know. View from my front window of the house.

That looks 110% amazing. I screwed up and googled up the pricing, just for an idea. It'll be plywood and drawer glides for us, I'm afraid. Sorry, Larry. (Larry's my truck.)

I capped my rear AC lines and have working AC again! Fingers crossed that it holds up without new leaks in the front lines. This video I found on YT was very helpful for the cut locatiosn and included links for the fittings as well; not sure if he's a Mud member or not.
