Recently replaced my RUCA's as well and the lowers are on my list next. How many miles did you have on the OEM bushings? I was at 224k and they disintegrated just like yours. Haven't checked the lower bushings but I would imagine they're in pretty bad shape too

I was on 253k. I honestly could not believe how bad they were.

Since I'm staying with stock AHC, i just bought new rear UCAs. I'll do lowers next. I'm starting to get rear steer at 205k.

Added ARB led lights to the bumper! Yes they are almost not even noticeable when I have the retrofitted H1 headlights on, and yes my truck still shakes and vibrates at highway speeds and yes driver side inner tie rod end has dangerous amount of play in it.
But I got my priorities straight!

Let's see a shot of the light output of the ARB LED's 💡

For your shake, have you had the tires/wheels checked for balance? After a muddy run the other day, I washed the rig and only got part of the inner wheel cleaned because it felt like she was going to shake apart at speed.

Yeah discount tire has balnced and then road force balanced the tires with no improvement.
My shake did come after the whole day wheeling fun at an off road park

Big girl rolled a quarter million over the weekend. Since 250,000 is divisible by 5,000, that means she was due for oil and lube.

Did an oil change, greased all of the hundred or so grease zerks my truck's suspension now has, and treated her to a nice bath and interior detail. Got the GA clay and mud off the top, bottom, and interior (how the hell does it get on the dash??). Got the wheel wells and tires dressed and she's standing tall. (btw @Kabanstva the Meg's hyper dressing is the s***, thanks for the suggestion).

I run 275 70 18s now. My spare is a 285 75 16. Is it ok to run this spare if needed?

Yeah the difference isn't drastic, i wouldn't mind running it in emergency cases but not prolonged period. Worst case scenario your transfer case heats up and grenade itself lol

As @FxFormat said you'll be fine. Don't make it part of a permanent 5-tire rotation, but as a spare (emergency use) it won't hurt a thing.

Say I needed to drive highway, should I keep it under 60 ot stay safe?

If the diameter and circumference are only 1% difference as your chart states, then your Cruiser is not going to care one bit. I wouldn't worry about it. But remember, I'm just a guy on the internet, so take my advice with appropriate cautions.

I've been working on a diy custom grill on and off for a little while now. Here's where I'm at today. Still need to make the attachment points and paint it all black. Toyota will be River Rock Green, and outlined in silver.

Nice, I've been wanting to do a Satoshi style grill like the t4r guys. Can you post the back side and how you went about attaching the steel?

I haven't finished the backside yet, I'll be doing that this weekend. I'll post pics as I do it.

that may depend on make and model of tire as well. Had BFG AT 285/75/16 and when it was time, replaced them with the same size Goodyear Duratrack. Got home and could no longer pull in the garage. Not sure that it matters in an emergency, but generic online tire size calculators are just that. Generic. I would suggest measuring the specific tires you have and making a decision based on that.

What tires do you run? I only ask because my KO2 275/70/18 are listed as 33", but real-world measure to 32.6 when inflated to 44psi. BTW, a 1% difference isn't enough to do any damage long term. Definitely a "life-boat" scenario only, but I'd think you could drive a few hundred miles without any issues.
