I was replacing the window belt mouldings earlier today and snapped this one while removing the mirror

same here
i put a lil bit white grease at the three points for next time went in
sure enough this may have saved me replacing the replacement due to overlooking including the outside gasket the first time doh

You can also replace with a Ram ball mount or add tweeters.

Mirror cover plate

Mirror plate to replace the interior cover plate. Mine was busted and a friend ask for a cool solution, choose which size you would like. Included are 3 stainless steel bolts for installation, In the picture is with the Ram ball mount size B, which is included along with a mounting screw...
