Got my reduction gears installed in the t-case this weekend. Splitting the bearings and pressing them back on wasn't nearly as bad as I had worried it would be.

Trail Gear has a decent video on YouTube for the install, so I watched that before. But during install, I used the instructions on Marlin's website. Pictures there were far better for seeing how they separated bearings, removed things, and how things were oriented.

It's not hard at all. I started Friday night just taking things apart and built my press I just bought. Saturday I did everything else short of filling it with gear oil so it could sit and seal overnight.

We didn’t do the swap but are cleaning up the wiring for it as well.
