Fun times troubleshooting transmission issues... Got it sorted. In the end it was the NSS connection.

Drove 900 miles round trip around central Oregon, hit some hot springs and visited a couple lakes.
Did nothing just roamed the Judea desert I Israel with good friends.

Got my reduction gears installed in the t-case this weekend. Splitting the bearings and pressing them back on wasn't nearly as bad as I had worried it would be.

Trail Gear has a decent video on YouTube for the install, so I watched that before. But during install, I used the instructions on Marlin's website. Pictures there were far better for seeing how they separated bearings, removed things, and how things were oriented.

It's not hard at all. I started Friday night just taking things apart and built my press I just bought. Saturday I did everything else short of filling it with gear oil so it could sit and seal overnight.

Doing an HVAC system restoration on this v8 swapped 80.
