First, got some mud on her. The first since the repaint. I’m lucky, I get to drive my truck off road often for work.

Then I tore the interior out. Good things are to come:

Now, what should I do with this?

I should do the 4R booster, is it possible without cracking the brake system at the master?
No, I don’t think there’s any way to do it without pulling the lines and master cylinder off. There’s just no room to move around if all that stuff is still hanging out there. If your brake fluid is nasty it would be a good time to flush the lines anyway. The stuff in my master reservoir looked like someone ground charcoal in it. If that’s the case, just replace the master when you do the booster and flush the lines. I know Sunday is gonna be a bear of a work day for me but it’ll be worth it.

Blackcat, nice work. Your photos look like they are out of the dealer brochure!

Too many dogs and woods living for me to every have mine stay that nice for more than a minute.
Thanks. It’s currenrly a garage Queen while I save my pennies for a lift and tires. Once that’s done, it’ll be used much, much more.

I knew it wouldn’t be this simple....
upon removing my hub to replace my rotor I found this... being that the knuckle job was the first major auto repair I had ever attempted I’m going to assume I damaged the hub seal when I was installing it two years ago. I also neglected to listen to the wise people around here who suggested the beefier marlin crawler inner axle seals. I have diff fluid migrating all the way to my locking hub. Fun.... can a guy ever get a break?! Looks like we’re gonna be holding off for another week while I order the parts to do it right a second time...

Opened up a crate from @Fourrunner
Very nice packing job!
(There are more than one in here, a couple other guys and myself went in together to save on shipping.)

Got it tacked up on the 62 and then pulled it off to weld it up inside and out. Very nice fit!

I will be putting dual swingouts on it. My stock on was missing both end caps, getting bent up all the time, my hitch hung very low, and my spare was always dragging. It was time to fix all that.

Swept the snow off of it so the doors wouldn't freeze shut after thawing during the day. All its done lately is run errands.

Did the same a few years back Klaus. Good choice.

Somehow managed to rupture the rear heater while installing a new center console. Sweet.

Drove 3 hours in a blizzard.

That photo is giving me flashbacks to my former life cross country commuting in Illinois. Flat as a pool table and nothing between you and the North Pole but a barb wire fence.

From a few years ago - did not make it to work on this day.....did not make it out of the driveway come to think of it.
