Performance wise, you remove a bunch much of potential vacuum leaks, thus gaining previously unrealized dependability

c'mon, those are some of the best conversations I've ever had. I can't begin to enumerate the discovery...

Drove the pig to work and actually made it all the way. Got my T3Q hat and pig party shirt on. Reppin' hard today.

Just getting groceries

Megadoomer,

Good news! You think the problem is fixed now? That RPM module sounds like an important piece though.

I'm sure it is important. FAST says that the rpm directly out of the HEI is not "reliable". I was going to call them and see what my options are.

The pig got me all over today and maxe me smile. But there is that little thought in my head that the smile can get wiped away real quick.

drive it till it breaks! don't worry till then...

drove it 110 miles and about 5500' round trip at 65+ without battin an eye or crossing the lines to change the antique main circuit breaker for a fellow cruiser head family. taking off the rattling passenger side window crank handle while fueling prior to the trip was worth a thousand dollars in bolt on upgrades or 10^ x (that) in anti-depressants....

Went out to Corral Canyon with a friend. He got a new-to-him JK and was itching to get it dirty. We took a trail that had good pucker factor. Neither of us had been there so there was lots of stopping and planning. No damage but there were chances for it.

true friends can see past the cars they drive...

that's why I hang out here!

I dont think it was the trail per se, but i got home and my knuckles were leaking and that back side of the motor was leaking a lot of oil. I had money for new exhaust but i think i have to freshen up the motor and maybe rebuild the knuckles and birfs. eak.

what? fxxx no...

Broke into the tailgate to lube the gears and clean the electrical connections. As always found more that needs to be done.
