What did you do on your 70 series today? (24 Viewers)

I’m replacing calipers, rotors, brakes and e-hubs and have question about packing the spindle around the edges before putting everything back together. Would I pack this will moly or red bearing grease?

When ripping all my stuff apart it had been filled with red grease. 😵
On the outside of the spindle you should have red bearing grease. If you pulled the spindle off however, or looked on the inside shaft of the spindle along the outer cv axle, you would see moly grease.

Watch this video. It is on an 80 series so I referenced the FSM for potentially different torque values and differences when you get to the freewheeling hub, but most is the same.
