built a rear door fold down table with pull out cutting board and recessed storage
admittedly i stole this design from a guy who makes these out of Aus...but they were too steep for my wallet and shipping was going to be a killer
so i put the welder to work
used cable tensioners for the stays, that way they can be adjusted if the trucks not sitting level

Don't know.... A few years back you enlightened us that the 3B was used in Toyota forklifts. That has helped me get parts more than once.... As of 2 days ago I no longer view the 1hd as such an exotic unobtainable engine, and I also view it as one of capable of really great power.
not just forklifts, refrigerated boxes on 18 wheelers use them too

Somewhere along the way a previous owner bent my transfer case shifter so that when you are in 4-low the h55's stick hits it and bumps it when shifting into reverse. So I took it off, heated it and tried to bend it back.

Turns out the stick was stronger than my vise so now I am looking for a new one of those, haha.

I've found a few classic Columbian vises in my price range. Hopefully one of them will be on my bench soon. Update: upgrade successful

You going to show what that table is attached to? Not looking like a ute. Perhaps the clue is in the Avatar.
The avatar is the tag on my RC model. 😊
