My garage is my slice of getaway in this house, yet the Mrs. and kids just love to fill it with anything and everything they can. I just can’t get over the cleanliness of Jay’s working space. Not a drop of oil on the floor or kids toy in sight!
Glad it's not just me.....I go away for a 4 day trip with my shop organised and the benches organised. I come back and there's bikes and rip sticks strewn about, tools and stuff my wife 'cleaned out' of the house on my benches.

The oil on the floors is entirely my fault however.

Spent the cold weekend in the semi-warm garage and finally got around to wiring up the lights on the front bumper. With little to no instructions and just a 9v battery and multimeter in hand I finally got it all sorted out. Fogs run to a 900-series AOB control on the dash and are switched with the main lighting circuit. Markers are white LED with standard lights but tied to the flashers and change to amber for that operation.

Actually, I forgot to give a big shout-out to Curly Dave for this, who gave me the basic jist of what to tie into on our dusk exploration tour of the Mountain River trail a few weeks back

Been chipping away at my rear bumper every night for the past couple of weeks. Finally got it mounted up and ready to go.

I learned a ton during the build process and highly recommend the kit to anyone looking for a beginner fab project.

Still need to get the 7 pin trailer plug installed, touchup some paint I scratched during the install, and have my dad 3D print some custom plugs for the holes for swing out spindles.

Looks really good! Felt good about the welding? How did the crossmember install go??

After I got the new welder figured out the welding went great. Was able to get good penetration and it’s solid. Some of the tight areas underneath were hard to make pretty, but its strong.

I ended up buying new steel for the towing cross member from metal supermarkets, but part of the deal with a marketplace find.

Nice work looking forward to seeing it

What size pipe cutter is that. I’m doing something similar but was going to use death wheel but this is way more accurate

Thought the same thing and looked at it last night. Its a Rigid 4-S with all cutting wheels no rollers. Goes up to 4" pipe I do believe.
