Got my trailer built and ready to start the camper build portion.

Started with a base harbor freight 4x8 then upgraded the axle(3,500lbs) wheels,7pin electrical, added shocks, fully welded to a 5x8, lock n roll hitch.

Thank you to @captainva for letting me use his welder.

Needs bigger tires! lol

Good Start Chris. I can not wait to see how it turns out.

Thank goodness for quick response fire department. Let my younger sister drive 2 min back from the beach while I biked and she locks tiny kid and keys in the car....Toyota anti theft auto locking system made it extra tricky. So thankful it wasn't that hot and no harm done. Little nerve racking....

Wait till you have to break it then its the gullwing ;)

Glad it all worked out. Hide a key! Hope the hood held up with that guy up there on it... Also always try the pass side door first. That way if you break the window it does not get all over the drivers seat. Those air bags that pump up and the wedges are great to help get the tool in there to work the levers.

Started the tear down and replacement of Retro's suspension with flip kit. Had to cut out all the u-bolts and overall was a pretty good pain the @$$. LOL. Front done. Also started on reconfiguring my throttle cable and started on the "small" rebuild of the 8274. Winch needs a new contactor, motor, and 2 gears.

and @matzell I have an orange paint marker for you ;)

So here's my daily/project
She's needs some serious work.

1. Exhaust gas coming out of my radiator and smoke coming out the exhaust. (No coolant or Oil mixing.) Needs either a new gasket or head. Im leaning toward just replacing the head anyway, for peace of mind.
2. Oil leak from the turbo, from both the intake and exhaust side.
3. I think the rear main seal has a leak as well.

So Ive got new injectors and im looking at ordering the turbo, injector washers, 10 blade fan, major front service kit, rear main seal and repair sleeve (just in case).. all from HD automotive.

Then I'm looking at the complete cylinder head kit from Mr.Cylinderhead. Before I order that, I have to remove my head to find out my valve clearance.

I dont know how to put this, but I may be in over my head. Would greatly appreciate any wisdom/advise or help. Probably gonna need it.

I went a little too far in one area buy it should be fine. Little JB weld. Case it all test fitted. Everything appears to fit and no noises. I will let this set up and get back on it next week.
