@firemanj92 , @charliemeyer007 , I have an edited question for you above ^^

I have an early '76 without the fan clutch and the pump is starting to leak. I could replace with the same pump, or I could upgrade to the pump and fan clutch. Are there actual benefits from upgrading? what else is involved? Do I need to modify the shroud for the 7 blade fan? Is it worth the effort and cost?

One of the benefits of the fixed fan is that the OEM Toyota pump is still available (I have several in stock). If you do change to fan clutch you'll need the fan blade, clutch, pump, and you'll need a double grove water pump pulley. Shroud doesn't need mods.
I don't think on it's own it is worth the cost, but when we put power steering steering onto 1F's or non-US 2F's here we generally switch to a fan clutch becuase that double groove pulley is so much easier to find then the version for fixed fan.

I'll have to check when I get home, but I'm pretty sure I already have the double pulley because I added power steering. It looks like I can get the same pump for about $75, or upgrade for about $300 with all parts. Is it worth it? I've read there may be mpg benefits or HP benefits, but are they enough to justify the expense?

The OEM fixed-fan pumps are about $150 ish (from me)
I don't think you will see any MPG or HP increase at all. Personally.

Checked you r site, but it looks like you are out of stock on the no clutch/ no oil cooler. Let me know if you have them in stock.
This is what I pulled. I wish there were part numbers on the pump.

I don’t have the OEM pumps on the site but I actually physically checked the shelf when I replied to this thread earlier, I have a few. Shoot me a PM and I can get you sorted!
Looks like you could use a fresh belt too.
Originally your smog pump adjuster would have been on that spot.

Yes missing bracket to something. You can eliminate most of the extra stuff with a shorter bolt ans a washer. Measure the hole first so you don't bottom out and crack the block or something.

Don’t lose that bolt! Someone just posted last week that the 14mm head long bolt has gone obsolete. Granted, you can get a 13mm, 15mm or 17mm head bolt of that length in the aftermarket. But there are those that appreciate having the OE sized bolts when they’re servicing their trucks, and mutter un-nice things under their breath about the P.O.s that casually abandon them.

PM Sent. That belt is the second belt for my power steering.
