This code worked on my 05

Scangauge:
TXD: 686AF121B4
RXF: 046105B40000
RXD: 2808
MTH: 00090005FFD8

Heres a thread to research other options: I think the codes that work on the newer 100's are backwards compatible

Transmission temperature on a late model 100 series

And then a more in-depth thread:
Torque app plus bluetooth adapter in my 100

Thanks, I have the code necessary (should have stated that). Looking for the procedure to enter the code (Xcode) into my ScanGauge.

TXD – 686AF101B4

RXF – 044105B40000

RXD – 2808

MTH – 00090005FFD8 for deg Fahrenheit

To go off topic, does Scangauge do anything for you that a kindle fire and Torque Pro doesn't?

Consumes less space.

Ive got mine tucked in the upper left corner of the DS windshield at the edge of the headliner. Easy to see at a quick glance, heads up, no obstruction of view.

Thanks for the link to the manual. I see I might be able to do something with my firmware. I got a 307 code in the 100 on Saturday and the gauge did not read it. I knew what it was when the misfire started and had a coil but had to find an Advance Auto to read the code to tell me which cylinder when the SGII failed. It has read the misfires before.

Silly question. Scan Gauge cannot read engine temp correct? As a matter of fact, no hardware can right?

Dusting this post off. Did you ever get the SG to read trans temps ? The 99's have the a343 just like the later generation 80 series correct?

Nice, I wonder if my 97 has a sensor that can be tapped with this code. To date I haven't seen anyone able to get a trans reading off of an 80 series.

I don't think its possible with the 80 series. I put a temp sensor in my Trans Pan and an Auber Gauge in the dash to monitor transmission temps on my 80 series.
