I may be able to help you out. I'll have to check what I've got. But what year? 89-02 is all I'll have, they're glass.
FWIW: 03-07 are plastic.

Yes $110 to your door in KS. Like I said it's used on Colorado roads. Plastic casing is perfect, glass lens is pitted.

One chip in lower corner is larger ~2 or 3mm, others are small what I call pitting.

No, sorry I don't.

It's packed in a Toyota headlight shipping box, ready to go! Just waiting on pay-pal and address.

Make sure you swap your vent cap (yellow arrow points t o spot) to this spot, along with your bulbs. It reduce chance of moisture getting in housing.
