ThisI had a lot of good parts orders from Matt and spoke to him on the phone about custom orders a few times.
He was always a standup guy. His reproductions of NLA parts were top notch. His knowledge of Toyota electrical bits is encyclopedic.
But sometimes it would require more followups than one should have to make to get an order fulfilled.
I can understand why people are frustrated.

It's frustrating because I really want the parts I had ordered.His site is up and working. I bought once from him not knowing the controversy. It took two months to get my parts and only after I did a credit refund. He called me and we worked it out with free shipping .

Never received the item, no response to emails...hands down. I understand supply issues and etc, but at least communicate with your customers...
