Well, looks like I'm not going either so it's no big deal. I'm still thinking about those birfs, just deciding if it's worth it over going longs.

Has a camping spot been decided on yet? We are really looking forward to it.

Judging the expected turn out so far, it looks like we'll be back in Arrowhead Campground.
I'll do some leg work getting reservations made and post back here when complete.

You are right on with that assessment. Even with a little rain, the dynamics at Uwharrie change big time. Now an all out deluge makes things VERY interesting.
Sometimes a kayak seems more preferable than a cruiser.

i hope to have something runnin in top form by then, who knows maybe it will be the taco's first trip to the trail since the suspension swap. but that just sounds dangerous after gettin used to wheelin an 80. i hope to get my brother to come join us this time and show him the family aspect of UC outings.

If I can possibly manage some time off I will try to come and join you guys... I would love to hang out and wheel with some yota's, that is of course if you do not mind a lowly Land Rover in the mix...
