There is no comparison between the two. Cabela's is superior to Bass Pro in every way.

Interesting, I read a GSA article about a month ago saying they pulled out due to not getting the tax cuts they wanted. I'll have to go see if I can find it again. Who knows, maybe they changed their mind.
