Pretty clean to be a donor-no?

It would be a good candidate for a restoration. I guess you could certainly fix it up too but it is well over 300k on it. Interior is maybe. 5, 6 at best. Body has been repaired at some point including the drivers door replaced so no vin tag in the door jam. No roof rack or rear wing is cool though!

Chassis is absolutely perfect! 🤩

How well do those adhesive panels adhere to the roof interior - I mean over the years. Do they eventually start to fall down?

Dynamat? No problem, it won’t fall down.

Seam sealer sprayed under side of body, top coated with single stage Toyota 040. Lizard Skin ceramic on firewall.

Body is way high still, above the chassis. We didn’t even finish grinding it out where we chopped and extended the frame. We just wanted to get the body on the lift and play with the chassis under it the last hour or so on a Friday. Monday we start plotting body to chassis for building body mounts.

I would say it’s a worldwide first for this body style of Troopy on an 80-series chassis.

Cheers
