Snow's nozzle size chart relate to engine size, and I used that.

I'm sucking down a half gallon every trip out... Starting at 5 psi with max set at 7 psi.... Pretty sure I'm managing to go through waaaaay more than what you guys are doing(?)

That could be good or bad, depending on how far you go on the average trip, and how hard you are into the throttle/how often?

Well, I have to go up mountains ever day in 100-105 deg heat, where I'm hammering the throttle. It sure isn't treating my rig nicely...
