Coil, shock towers and radius arm brackets welded in. Axle epoxied , brackets welded and wells are coated.
Should get the axle build and front suspension installed tomorrow. Then this one is headed to the customs shop to pull the old 3FE and get it ready for a LS3 swap.
Personally the wider stance rides better and holds the weight much nicer. The main reason I made the 60/62 kit was for the guys that have built axles already ( lockers, gear changes and CrMo axles) But even then... they are still switching to the 80 version.

Isn't the 80 front the same width as the 60 front? I had been under the impression that while the FZJ80 rear was wider and overall a superior axle to the 60 rear, the late 60/62 front was a superior axle to the 80 front and also the same width. Are there other details I likely hadn't considered?
