62 chassis is stripped, c-channels removed and non-essential brackets cut off for the front coil conversion.

Coil conversion brackets will get welded out tomorrow and weld in new c-channel. Motor and trans mounts..

Then off to powder.

I posted this in the what did you do to your 60 thread and wanted to post it here too because its relevant and im super proud that my bumper saved the front of my truck hah.

Went wheeling this weekend and violently came off of a 4 foot tall douglas fir root right into a tree stump with the whole weight of my vehicle into my @TRAIL TAILOR front bumper. Heard a big smash and thought my valence was smashed in, but came out to a bumper sized dent in the stump and a little scratch on my bumper. There is the tiniest scratch on my bumper valence. This thing saved my pretty front of my truck. For about a second the bumper had all of the weight of my truck on this one spot.

TLDR: I lawn darted my 60 series into a Douglas Fir Stump and my truck came out unscathed

@dbbowen thanks for the post. Always love to see my products punishing mother nature and living through it.
