Thanks, the slider main rails will be identical for AHC and NON alike. Only difference will be the forward mount and runner placement.

I have had several inquiries on when I will start the bumpers for the 100 series. It will be approx 6 weeks. I need to get my 80 products settled and jigs sets and my wife's 80 back together

Front bumper will be first, followed by the rear.

I have one other coming to the shop for the AHC version slider fit-up and R&D.

Sliders should be close to being finished tomorrow as well. Got all main rails prepped, tacked up and ready to go into the jig fro frame runners and mounts.

Didn't get as far along as I wanted today. I had to QC laser drawing for a few hours.

BUT!!! Houston we have a complete set of 100 sliders. The other 2 complete sets will easily get finished tomorrow and the AHC version will be at 75% and in wait for the R&D participant.

I'm very happy with the finish, weight (54# per side) and measurement/dimensions

Yes, 1/2" grade 8 yellow zinc u-bolts and hardware are supplied with the sliders.

All racks are boxed. Waiting on a couple a final payments and then they will ship.

All sliders are finished and boxed as well, same thing on $$ and they will ship.

The AHC model is ready for the R&D participant to come to the shop (hopefully next weekend) and I can get my LX470 w/AHC jig set.
