You definitely need another 100 Series to test all these new products on. I guess I could offer mine up to use. I am willing to make the sacrifice and drive away with all new parts.

T,

If I can't get it all finalized with my old rig that @Kmonty66 has now I'd be interested in talking.

I ran 4 aluminum tailgate lids today and they will be good to go in about a week. Waiting on Southco latches.

4 on the website for purchase in MILL FINISH un-assembled.

Not sure when I'll run anymore.

NOTICE:

All Trail Tailor bumper designs have been sold to another company effective 6/1/2018. I signed all the papers this past week. I can and will accept bumper orders until 5/30/2018. The lead times are several weeks out due to other orders. I have no idea what the company's plans are for the designs, if any. Papers are signed and this is a done deal.

If you want a bumper let me know and we can discuss options and timelines.

Thank you all for your continued support.

I've had a few questions on what I'll be adding to the 100 line card since bumpers are no longer available. (I sold all of my designs except for 3- none are 100 series)

Still available:

Tough Dog suspensions (parts or kits)
Tough Dog adjustable solid bar panhard bars
Sliders
Diff Drops
Racks and mounts
Extended swaybar links
Rear lower control arms
Rear upper control arms
RLCA skids
Front and Rear tow mounts
6 and 8 button accessory switches for LED lights, ARB compressors, lockers, etc..
U-joints
Aluminum tailgate lids (as demanded in a group order)
Sand recovery boards
ComeUp Winches
Roof Top Tents
Awnings

Coming soon:

Hidden winch mount
Rear shock guard/skids
Rear antenna/ LED pod mounts

Thoughts in my head:

I've been asked about skid plates and front UCAs. Front UCAs would be an item of interest for me.

Always open for ideas, so throw things at me and see if there is a group interest.

Hey Jason, when I stopped by your place on my way to Montana (more than a year ago) you said you were thinking about some light mounts over the front cowl or maybe some ditch lights? I would be in for those if you make some.

Skid plates! Especially if can be purchased individually for the budget challenged

There are 5-6 makers of these and they are not $$$ friendly, a lot goes into them and the shipping is a real booger as the bulk get the bills.

From what I know all current offerings are available in sections.

I know your not doing bumpers at the moment, but I've been dying to see someone come out with something like this for the 100. I like them better than the hidden ones, and I think they'd become quite popular.

I've looked at a few designs like that but by the time you cut that section out and add back in all the bracing needed to keep the bumper from flapping in the wind the selling price would be the same if not more than a full bumper. When guys start to do the math and then look at the details of the install.. IMO, they would shy away and just go full bumper. IIRC that's a WARN mount and is at 8-900$.

I've looked at a few of the skid plates and appreciated the input. I didn't realize there was that many, I think the only ones I've looked at were BIOR, Slee and Dissent.

What about high clearance lower control arms for the rear? That's my last idea for now lol
