This weekend I installed a new-to-me Tradesman roof rack that was originally designed for use on trucks with gutter mounts. I mounted it to my 100 via African Outback mounts. Overall, I'm pretty happy how it came out. I'll post more pics tomorrow.

Big thanks to the guys in the Alamo City Land Cruiser Club that helped me install it today during their wrench day get together.

Nice! I had one of those on my old 80 and loved it! It's s super sturdy rack.

Great looking rack! Looks like a clean install.

Looks good. I noticed your front and middle mounts are closer together. Mine is different - center mounts slightly closer to the rear mounts.

The mounts can slide fore and aft on the AO rack rail, but I have them lined up with the original Tradesman mounting locations. I might end up sliding the middle one to the rear since I will probably put heavier stuff towards the back.

I had forgotten about that feature. Mine are mounted to the factory holes on the roof itself. The AO rack rails are a nice idea.

That looks awesome!

Is there a cage on the floor?
