Y'all will have a good time here. It's a nice place to wheel and really scenic in areas. I will warn you, it's a LONG day trip. The last time we wheeled there we left at 7A and got home at 10P. We floated Cat's Jeep across the river, nearly lost Dan going down a wrong turn on an ATV trail (he just about rolled into the river), and we were exhausted.

That being said, a great place to stop for dinner on the way home is Sugars BBQ in Chattanooga. It's GOOD! Get the grilled okra, it's to die for.

We have a group rate of $50 per room at the Jameson Inn, Decherd, TN, which is just west of Monteagle. Mention Georgia Cruisers and that rate will be honored on Friday and Saturday night.

Decherd is a pretty long drive from Tracy City. Look for rooms in Mounteagle or Kimball TN. Holiday Inn (kimball) 423-837-1500. Days Inn (kimball) 423-837-7933. Kimball is 15-20min interstate drive from tracy. hope this helps

Foster Falls has a camp ground and its just a few miles outside of Tracy. Located on Hwy 41 between Jasper and Tracy City.

there's only (1) at this location it's right off I-75.

We are meeting the Locals at 9am CST 10am EST. I'm still working out the details with Ben on where exactly we are meeting him. I will let you guys know once we agree on a meeting place.

I will be coming up the interstate from the other side of the mountain. What kind of trails are y'all looking to ride. lvl2/3, 3/4 or OH MY GOD I should have brought a spare truck?

Most of our rigs are 33"-35" tires with a single locker with an exception or two so you can do the math from there. I'm sure there will be a couple of guys that want to throw in some tougher stuff particularly Josh who'd rather drive his 40 on it's side.

As far as location for meeting in Tracy, we're running blind so let us know where the best location is.

How many are we? The Cruisers will have roughly 8 rigs plus a couple more taggin' along, is it worth splitting in 2 groups for various levels of trails?

Most of the trails are make them as hard as you want. There will be harder stuff to play on along the same route as the smaller rigs run. If the creek bed is dry them some can run it while the other bunches follows the trail beside it. One of the guys sent me a PM and said he would meet me at the Save O Lot in Tracy City. It is just across from the road that I use to get to the Cove. If we have enough that would like we can do 2 groups. Just what ever your guys want to do when y'all get there. Ours rigs range from 35 MT to 44Boggers. so we can do what ever. This ride is for y'all to enjoy. If you don't think what we do Saturday is Hard enough we can fix that on Sunday.

It's easy, we're (us Ga Cruisers) meeting at the Flying J at 9 AM EST and then driving to Tracy City to meet up with the Damn Locals at 9AM CST (or 10 EST) as we cross into a different time zone.
