Want to use it on my 3L Hilux. but apparently the same tool works for 1HZ's and 1HD's

did you have good results using this kit? I've heard that having the check valve high up by the gauge can skew results as the hose can expand and flex lightly lowering results. appreciate it
it works with no issue with the tool
check valve up high causing skew results? I have not experienced this same with the " hose expanding"
This is built for diesel I'm reading around 480psi across the board

the hose is actually quite stiff there are a lot of cheaper no name Chinese ones out on Amazon and that quality is questionable.
my friend has one of those and you can feel the hose expanding.
for cheap tools, I think performance tool is an overall decent brand.
technically speaking you can run any other diesel compression test gauge Mac/Snap-on/matco you just need the glow plug adapter 12 x 1.25
