I'd like to recommend CruiserMatt and his shop in Orlando, Florida. Matt has been very patient with us and our 1993 Middle East FZJ80 El Wahash. His deep knowledge of LC's is quite evident.

Cruiser Solutions in NH is no bueno. Do a few searches and you'll find one member who got completely screwed by them on I beleive a 40 series. Ended up paying around 60k for a job not properly finished.

Added. Gotta love Ranger...We've swapped an 80 or two. We also make a habit of putting 60 bodies on 80 chassis with LS3 and 6.0 liter power

This is Sugar, 1987 60 series on a 94 80 series chassis with 6.0L Vortec and NV4500 5 speed trans. By far my favorite truck to date

LCR4WD has a lot of good reviews on here but I'd be interested in some other recommendations being I'm north of Brainerd.
His website has been down and I had reached out to him a week or so ago but hadn't heard anything until today. Sounds like he is still working on cruisers but not currently accepting any new work as he has a backlog. I don't need any immediate work so that is fine, but if you do then you'll probably have to find somewhere else.
Edit: if you know of any fun spots to take the cruiser here in MN let me know. New the state (Rochester) but hoping to explore northward here this fall.
I use Kirks Customs/MBS auto in Albuquerque NM he does mild to wild. He is doing a 6.0 swap into an 80 now and has another he is building to sell. Has done all the work on my 80.
