I should thank the previous owner for doing to severe corrosion testing on our coatings. I am pretty pleased the parts still looked that good considering the rest of the truck.

Absolutely. All of your products are solid as a rock! A little pitting here or there, but everything cleaned up great. Looks brand new now! Brian was even nice enough to piece together some new hardware packs for a few of the items and sell them to me as well! Now if I can just find the second swing out with the ladder I’ll be set!

Curious how the upper hatch looks on that truck. Usually that’s the first body panel to rot out from the inside on these trucks. Seeing pics of the undercarriage, I’m scared to see pics of the upper hatch.

It’s actually rotted. The handle is gone and rust all around it, but you are right All the doors and a lot of the top is still solid.
 
Got some time with the two cruisers today with @USMC22 to put the slee heavies springs in, the air lift 1000 bags, and the iron man foam cell pro shocks in the read of the “keeper” cruiser today. Looks great!

We also found some time to throw on the front and ear slee bumper along with the slee slide steps today. Don’t worry that fairlead will be going away...coming along pretty good. Need to put in iron man torsion bars, front shocks, and slee did drop in next!

@USMC22 said he was putting the best interior parts fro lm the two in the “keeper” for me...that mean dash too! He knocked out the heater core and new blower motor while it was completely apart...

@USMC22 got the torsion bars, did drop, and shocks on today! Leveled it up nicely. He also pulled the fairlead off it was hideous, we both agreed. First order of business when its all put back together will be a nice larger set of ko2s. These little 265s will not do....

The “keeper” is starting to shape up. Its pretty much back together minus the full slee skids and those will go on this week. Currently trying to decide between 285/75s or 305/70......

The parts trucks is getting gutted and I’ll have some decent interior components listed before to long. Meanwhile they just keep stacking up in the back of the keeper.

Finally picked up the 305/70 KO2s from @wct49 !!! @USMC22 has the keeper 100 piled to the ceiling with good interior parts that will be for same soon. Tires should go on today.

Found a break in the rain to put on the new 305s with the freshly powder coated wheels! The comparison pic sucks. I’ll try and get a better one.l, but 305s are on the bottom. 305s have more meat than the stock 265s for sure... love the new look.
