Doug is great to watch, his attention to detail is top notch, and has a pretty good understanding of the market for the most part. Of course here, we'll see some discrepancies, but we all know we're in too deep [by choice, I think] anyways

Edit: I'd love to see a US spec diesel in the next LC. GM did it with the Tahoe...

I just hope we get the "LC 300" in the US. There seems to be quite a bit of conjecture that the LC is going away for the US market.

His price estimates are pretty strong in that vid. 10k-30k for 100 and 30-40k for high mileage 200's.

Love the comment "Land Cruiser people will say there is no alternative.... and they're not completely wrong." haha.
Yeah some of the prices these trucks sell for on auction sites are ridiculous. 80's with 100+k miles going for $30-40k? That's crazy and WAY overpriced. I think at this point it's rich people getting emotional and starting bidding wars. I can find these trucks for half the price on these forums or just doing Craigslist searches. The mechanic at the Lexus dealer that does most of my work just bought a 96 80 Series for $2,000 and besides some undercarriage rust, it's clean AF. Alot of the Land Cruisers on BAT are not even that rust free.

Alright, I'm wildly jealous of you 100 Series owners. Back in August, Jake Smith at A Rusted Development in Heber, UT let me borrow Zero, his shop 100 Series, to go run the White Rim Trail in Moab. He was working on the manual swap in our FJ62, and offered it up so we could still make the trip. Zero performed flawlessly, and was stupid comfortable. Big fan of these Hundos. And now I need one.

Thanks to @soreneagle who covered this on YouTube, but it was a little different for my ‘05 LX470. The relay was a little easier to access. The replacement LED flasher relay is the same as everyone else references. Got some LED flasher lights from Amazon. Hopefully this helps someone out who is a visual learner like me.

bulbs are iBrightstar X001C773PB and come in a 2 pack.

Car Wash Falls

This trail begins at the Highway 123 crossing over Big Piney Creek in Johnson County and follows along the east bank of either Big Piney Creek or Hurricane Creek for most of its 5 1/2 mile length. The county road is mostly gravel and easily passable by most vehicles without 4WD with no major grades or elevation changes. Low clearance vehicles may have difficulty with the water crossing at Hurricane Creek. The water at the crossing will vary from less than 6 inches during dry periods to as much as 2 feet or deeper after a heavy rainfall or flash flood. Due to the velocity of streams flows, if the depth is more than 2 or 3 inches above your center hub or high enough to come in contact with your chassis, crossing it is not recommended. The road is well maintained, but proceed with caution around turns with little or no visibility due to oncoming traffic. This area is relatively remote with little or no cell phone coverage, so prepare your maps and navigation devices before heading out on your trip.

do you have one of the rare waterproof landcruiser sunroofs or could you just not resist, leaks be damned?
