Well, I got my act together and actually edited the second video in record time. This video shows some huge ledges, stair steps, and cracks. This trail is a lot of fun and frankly, my LX470 probably should be modified a bit more to be able to do it without damage.

Hey all,

So the wife and I just completed an (almost) entire loop of the Olympic National Forest / National Park in Washington in our LX470.

I'd estimate that roughly 70% of the route was off-pavement. It was an AMAZING time, and a truly great route. Probably one of the best off-pavement multi-day routes I've found in Washington so far (with the other being the WABDR, which I did on my R1200GS a few years ago).

Put together a video sharing what I'd consider our highlights from the trip and thought I'd share it here!



As for the route itself, in case anyone wants more info on it (.gpx file, etc) I got it from www.overlandtrailguides.com. (I'm in no way affiliated with them, just giving credit where credit is due!)

Thats true, in this case there was a walking bridge over the river, came in real handy
