I don't plan on doing a build thread. Suffice to say every choice you make impacts others. I started with several requirements (no spacers, big tires, minimal lift). This will be a build that fits what I want in a LC. I don't mind cutting fenders or other mods if it will get me to my end goal.

I will have 4.88 gears, 10% reduction on the high side of the transfer case, 25% reduction on the low side, locked front and rear, on 37's. We will see how long it takes.

Scored a low mileage 100 series last week. One wealthy ($B) previous owner, no accidents, 95k miles, dealer serviced since new - probably must have spent more in service than the vehicle itself. Exterior has a couple of scuffs and dents, which will be addressed next week. Interior is like new except for the driver seat - no tear but cracks/discoloration. Super excited with the purchase.

Memorial Day weekend camping trip. All the rain we got in California transformed the Sequoia National Forest. The Cruiser got stuck too, lol the snow was a lot deeper than I thought.
