JDMGoodness, Great pic! What kind of camera/lens?

Not 100% sure. I was driving at the time. A member of the CT4WDA took the pics.

I manage to find this data from the picture if it helps.

Leo,

Remove that hook some call a recovery point before somebody gets hurt! You don't need it anymore ;).

i'm thinking about liquidating things (FJ60 & a project GTO) and buy a Hundy.

thats what i did (built 4runner & GTI). i have a new baby boy, and did not see us getting out into the wilderness in the $runner much for years to come (no second row doors, no airbags or other safety devices, no power, no comfort etc). no regrets either!

Exactly my motivation: baby on the way makes a used 100 the ultimate mix of comfort, safety, size, value, and ruggedness. A early 2000's UZJ is pretty much on the flat end of it's depreciation curve. What else can you buy that has the same awesomeness?

Seems like the main weakness - the 100 likes to get its nose in the air way more than my 80 ever did.

I sold FJC and FJ60....got a hundy. Miss the FJ60 as it was in family its entire life from 84....FJC just because she was completely built....now I got to start over :(

I do enjoy the extra room, the engine, and the reliability again. :)

my girlfriend doesnt want a manual.

we need something that can do everything, and be comfortable and go out on long runs...

the 100 seems perfect (I am not a fan of the 80's interior)
