Yep, in 2004 we beat them twice in one year. Lane Kiffin is about as big an idiot as Fulmer was, both are loudmouth cry babies.
 
Lol. He was dead on for UNC and Clemson.

But the fact of the matter is UNC has a QB who last year had promise and this year fell flat on his face. Team that with an offense who has several starters sidelined with injurys and there is no way UNC can score. They have done a decent job of Defense. But only they can do so much they are getting tramled in the 4th quarter due to not being able to catch a break.

Thats rough coming from the Pacman who is a big time Clemson guy who loves tailgating at Clemson and The Esso, Hope he still brings the Southern Fried Football Tour to the Clemson v Wake game in 2 weeks, that and Rock the John are all I have to look forward to since we can't put a decent product on the field. I don't really want to go at all at this point I'm sick of the administration putting crap out there and thinking I support it. But I don't want to take a loss on the tickets.

It's not the Southern Fried Football with Packer. It's Southern Pigskin.
Cheer up better days are ahead. Heck there is always the season ending,
job saving fiasco at Willy Brice where they pay CU rent since CU OWNS the joint.
Heck us po ol Lamecock fans even support the team when they go 1-21.
It's just kids playing a game and giving it their all for our schools.
They deserve our undying support.
 
If the State Championship was this week I'd be rooting for USC. Being a bi-polar USC-CU fan I pull for the team that earns the loyalty, or sometimes the one that would profit most from it. So I would be all garnet and black if it was this week.
No matter if the Tigers begin playing up to potential it's probably going to be at best a push. If I was betting today I'd bet the Cocks chalk this one up when it gets here. If CU stays in the death spiral no telling how many points I can get with them. I can't remember the last time anybody would take USC without points.

But there are six more games before I make that decision.

The cheerleading yahoo has got to do one of three things:
1) Get the guys to start playing their potential (which one assumes means the coaches start coaching)
2) Get a real offensive coordinator and let him run the offense including running off assistants.
3) Put his house on the market and work on his resume.

He said last week something like 'if we're still playing like this in three or four years then fire me "
After the Maryland debacle he needs to re-think that to 'three or four games . . .'
Or else he needs drug testing.

I still support the guys on the field, and I'll be there cheering for them in the end win or lose this bye week, lol. I just can't support TDP or Barker anymore, I haven't supported TDP for years anyway because he is a terrible AD. He hasn't hired anyone good he always contracts with that recruiting firm they are the ones who hired OP and McKinney. Meanwhile he fired or forced out the coaches for Soccer, Track, and Tennis who had multiple National Championships and ACC titles. IPTAY is mostly responsible for facilities upgrades so I won't give him much credit for that. So basically he hasn't done anything or helped us win anything in the whole time hes been at Clemson. Meanwhile Barker is to focused on the Top 20 to give a damn what happens to our sports teams maybe when we hit top 20 next yr he will wake up and start putting a little more effort towards winning.

Unfortunately I think this might be USC's 1 win every 4 tries vs the Tigers, they will definitely be favored in this one, if the game were tomorrow they'd be favored by 21.

Well to play Devil's advocate here....stealing and getting arrested for CDV might have had an impact on some firings. Of course he did let ol Tommy steal a bundle from CU and votes CU AHEAD of Harvard and Stanford, etc in that goal to Top 20 too. :grinpimp:

Play away good sir, I don't know the whole story behind the stealing with the track coach, as I understood it, it was more like redirecting funds to assistants but I could be wrong, and I do think it probably deserved firing or a serious penalty. However with Adair both his wife and kids said he had never laid a hand on any of them and that the incident was blown out of proportion, and I don't believe he deserved to be fired/forced out like he was and especially not before all the facts were in. Probably some sort of suspension or something was in order.

When CU President James Barker took over at Clemson he made the goal of making Clemson one of the Top 20 public universities in the country. At the time I believe we were #42 or something around there. A couple years later (01?) we were named Public University of the Year. We have been climbing ever since then, I believe we were #22 this year we have climbed more than 2 spots every year since we started so if they do that again we will hit the top 20 goal. Our sports have shown particular mediocre steadyness or decline during that time excluding basketball and I think most alumni would rather we win then hit the Top 20.

Definitely a big win, now lets see if they can keep playing like they have these last two weeks. We control the division just have to win, 3 wins and we'll see GT in the ACCCG.
 
This is probably the yr for some revenge then David since UT is averaging like 10 pts a game. Wheres Nate when we need him to defend that disgusting orange of theres, sing rocky top 379 times, and defend their fall from dominance.
